Apple Not So Crisp
In an oven safe dish place diced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a small drizzle of maple syrup (optional). Add in raw organic rolled oats. Bake in over or toaster oven at 350 until warm or to desired texture. Eat! Can be made the night before and covered in fridge. You can make enough to last a couple of days if wished. The oats can be replaced with cooked millet, quinoa or any other whole cooked grain. The apples can be replaced with pears, berries or any other fruit or combination desired. Sprinkle on top raw organic nuts or seeds. Pecans are nice with the apples and oats.
